SPEAKER_01Alright, really excited to be talking about fire creation. And today we are starting the number one segment under fire creation. And it is about necessity. So again, remembering survival essentials, this was all created around true raw wilderness survival. How to not just stay alive, but how to ensure your ability in self-reliance and trust with the process of life, Mother Earth, yourself. So when I say no father spirit, no mother earth, and no, you'll know yourself, that's really true. So remember, it's all based on that. And this is also uniquely and powerfully related to our everyday living in this society. Because as I set out in my life, I was just trying to make sense of how to live in this world and living with Mother Earth sure opened my eyes and connected me in a way that I could recognize and remember. So here we are. Number seven, fire creation. Always stay warm and protected. Necessity, do you need a fire? Well, when you're out in the wilderness, no matter what the terrain is, whether it's a snow blizzard, whether it's the hottest desert terrain you've ever been in, from one extreme to another and everything in between. No matter what. You have to be able to scan. Somehow you've got to be scanning on the inside of yourself. Because remember, you've got to go back to number three: mental clarity and focus. Always remain fact-based and solution-oriented. See, you can't go into panic. You can't. Yes, you might feel threat up on you from the elements. Okay, we just got through talking about shelter solutions and always staying protected from the harsh elements. And it's real. So when we're thinking about the mental clarity and focus, always remaining fact-based and solution-oriented, and how that relates to fire making. Oh my gosh, the thoughts, the words, the feelings, and actions behind this phenomena has astounded me for decades. So, do you need a fire? It depends. It depends. And can you get a fire? Wow. Okay. Uh, I'm just gonna say yes, but there are some conditions that it will just challenge the very core of you. And if you're having to create fire from only the elements, in other words, if you have nothing upon you that you can utilize for fire, and you have to rely upon creating it from the elements around you, that's a tough gig. Can be done, but it's a tough gig. Okay, so necessity of fire. Do you need fire? Well, at one point or another, I'm going to say yes. Now, on the immediate response platform, maybe not. Maybe you need water more than you need fire. But as you're going about your water processes, and again, in water questing, you know, it's conserving, filtering, locating, purifying, and fire can help in that purification process and in so many other things. Fire is just absolutely my favorite. I love fire, it has provided me with so many opportunities, so many experiences, so many challenges, so many memories. And as I look back over my years of when I first started learning how to create fire by the elements that Mother Earth provides. In other words, just going out with nothing and gathering up sticks and stones, etc., you know, making your equipment and getting a fire. That is one of the most magnificent feelings that I to this date still remember because when you're completely reliant upon Mother Earth and Father Spirit for that process, you have to subject your body to your mind. You have to subject your mind to your spirit, and your spirit to that all-knowing, to that process. So you can't have panic. You have to use your thoughts, your words, your feelings, your actions. So if indeed you're going to get a fire, you have to think it, speak it, feel it, and act it to its deepest levels, and align every thought, every word, every feeling, every action to that result. Now, let's say, because for some reason that you needed to remain undetected, let's say that you were threatened by other things that you did not want to be found in a wilderness situation. And by not having fire, you could make your presence less located. You can make yourself a little bit more invisible because there's no flashing light through the forest or over the landscape. There's no smells. And so if you can go without fire and you have to remain undetected because you are threatened not just from the elements with this Mother Earth, but from needing to remain undetected. Yeah, you're gonna have to figure out how to keep yourself warm regardless if you are not going to have fire. But yeah, that's just me thinking that under every condition, what would I do or not do? Because I'm a what if thinker. So, do you need fire? You're going to initially. I mean, eventually. Initially, you might need the water, you might need the shelter. Uh you'll really never if you have a mindset that says you can go quite a while without food, the energy levels that you can create within your system while you're going about, you're preparing to build traps, etc. Because when we get into the food gathering in this next segment, you know, um, we do talk about traps and snares and things that you can do. But if indeed you do catch something, it is good to have fire to bring that back to to cook it. It is good to have fire to purify your water when you retrieve it from a water source. It is good to have fire when you need to stay warm and dry. It is good to have fire when it's really dark and you hear sounds and it feels freaky and you get kind of scared and it's cold and you're kind of huddled up around the fire when you're by yourself like that. You know, you really have to capture your mind and just let yourself know that you are safe and protected and that everything is good. And that's kind of where I want to bridge into this part about living in society. And, you know, at what point are are we compromising our wellness, you know, as far as the fire within. I've always related fire making to spirit to that fire within. It just made sense from the very get-go. And when I talked a moment ago about that feeling that I had when I first made my first fire, I was very, very taken by that. And as I began to understand how to create my day-to-day experiences in a better way so that I could come to situations in my life with more certainty and understanding the more I knew myself on the inside, the more that I metaphorically thought about my spirit and how to feel myself to keep my spirit connected, to keep myself bright. But then I began to understand the entire process of fire and how it applied to my physical, my mental, my emotional, and my spiritual. And so there was just beginning before I created my own personal medicine will uh to the degree in which it is now. I started just with those four areas and with the thoughts, the words, the feelings, and the actions, and then I began to add other things to that. But initially it was like my fire in the center. And how was I feeling myself from that fire physically? How was I feeling myself from that fire mentally, emotionally, spiritually without ever letting it go out, learning how to maintain it on the inside, just like on the outside. I no matter what, you have to go gather that firewood. If you want to keep a fire going, you have to have something that can burn, something that can be consumed. And so you have to be able to have access to consumable product, firewood. And if you don't have the elements near you that can be consumed in this fire creation process, it might just be that you can't see them yet. There might be some, you might maybe navigate elsewhere, but if not, then chances are that you probably don't really need the fire. If you're not able to gather what you can, even in a blizzard, you know, then the best thing to do is get out of the blizzard. And then when you get out of that blizzard, perhaps you'll find a little den, a little cave, and you'll go inside, and all of a sudden you'll find there's already a lot of wood or something like that within there. You might find those resources. So in the process of navigating inside of our own self, our own soul, we begin to see that, you know, metaphorically, like going into that cave, we're going inside, and all of a sudden we're like, oh my gosh, I have all the resources already here to build my fire. So when life is feeling cold, when life is feeling alone, when you're feeling threatened in life, learning how to go inside and build this fire, this place where you feel safe, this place where you begin to feel warm and certain about each and every moment, even though there are so many unpredictable, unforeseen circumstances and events and all these types of things that take place all the time. The best place to navigate is from within. And there is a never-ending supply of firewood. And when you learn how to go within and learn how to build this fire and how to maintain it, it becomes your best friend. It is the truth detector, it is that Holy Spirit, it is that navigator, it will guide you and direct you, it will speak to you, you will become it and it becomes you. This oneness allows you to be under the umbrella of divine intelligence in a way in which it's not just accessing it, it's just basically being within it. So that whatever you need, just like going inside and finding all the resources in that land of divine intelligence, you take from the unformed, from that non-matter through ideas and thoughts and bring it into form. So when you think about fire, then you have to break it down and think about what it's going to take to get the fire. So when you start to understand that there are processes, there are ways that you can go about speaking to yourself, you've got to start somewhere. And so the statements of being, and this is a part, so much a part of what I do, and these are daily inputs, okay. This is a way of every day speaking to yourself in a really powerful way. So, how to build a fire on the inside? Speak to yourself like this. So if every day you are saying things like this, so under the umbrella of self-mastery, if you were to stand up and walk around and say something like this, and so as I do this, I'm just going to do exactly what I've said. So I am right now, I'm standing up. Here I go. Self-mastery is the art of being totally accountable. It is the inner focus and moment-to-moment disciplining of the only four things that I have any control over: my thoughts, my words, my feelings, and my actions. I have no control over anything outside of myself. It is through the constant moment-to-moment practicing of whatever I desire to become mastered in that I actually begin living and radiating the result. Whatever I practice over and over, whether positive or negative, I will truly begin to master. I better be willing to accept every single result that comes from every single choice or non-choice that I make. I believe that my current reality is the sum results of every single choice or non-choice I've ever made. Therefore, I am in control of my destiny, and my life is exactly as I create it. Okay, now if we were to move on to another one here, okay, you know, uh, we can begin to speak like this. And this is about the divine mind. And so when we speak like that, we say, hey, there is one mind, and I am that mind, and that mind is eternal and it is life. I am that mind and I am eternal life. That mind knows no disease. I am that mind and I am health. That mind is the source of all power and cannot know doubt nor fear. I am that mind and I am power and peace. The mind, excuse me, that mind knows only truth and knows all truth. I am that mind and I am knowledge and wisdom. All things created and uncreated are in that mind. I am that mind and I am wealth and plenty. I am the way and the truth and the life and the light in me shines out to bless this world. That particular quote is by Wallace D. Wattles. The other is by me. And so this is the first stepping stone once you know you need to build your fire within. So once you understand you're feeling alone, you're not really feeling safe, and you're listening to this, you can now be like, okay, now I know what to do. I can start by the very essence of knowing I'm going to get a fire no matter what. It's that thinking, I'm going to get a fire no matter what, the speaking, I'm going to get a fire no matter what. The feelings begin to ignite already within me. I'm going to get that fire no matter what. And then my actions begin to produce exactly that. So when I align my thoughts, my words, my feelings, and my actions deliberately, intentionally to one result, it is one of those immutable laws that cannot be tainted. Because, see, what's already going on is you're already thinking, you're already speaking, you're already feeling, and you're already acting. And what is your current result in life? And if you like it, then great. Keep thinking, speaking, feeling, and acting what you're doing. It must be working. If you are not satisfied with your current reality, if you're feeling things you don't want to, if you do want to learn how to create a fire within you that you can maintain and develop and call it forth to gather the truth of all things in your life, wow, it's worth it. But it is the moment-to-moment practicing. You've got to be willing to discipline yourself to gather the firewood, no matter how you feel. Because when it's cold and you're tired, if you don't go get the firewood because you've got a bad mental attitude and your fire goes out, then you have to start all over. That sucks. Don't do that to yourself. Embrace the truth within you, embrace the light within you. Let that fire build. Believe in yourself. Create your circumstances under these recipes that you are learning. Alright, so this is all about the necessity of fire. I'll let you decide.
